First of all, SoPung AnJungSan is made with pure herbs, and no chemical is added. There is little to no risk with taking this herbal supplement. There are over 5,000 people who took this herbal supplement in S. Korea. Most people showed positive improvements from typical symptoms linked to coronavirus, with no noteworthy side-effects.
Traditionally, for Eastern medicine practitioners, the selection of herbs follows the foundational laws of Herbology that have been used widely for thousands of years that are proven to be effective and safe. And the way how herbal medicine is made largely depends on the experience and insight of the practitioner. Accordingly, the effectiveness of herbal medicine varies depends on the practitioner's experience and insight. -It is important to note that some people reported that they experienced short term symptoms of headache, sweating, nausea, and other mild what seems like a side-effect. Still, it's called "Myung Hyun Hyun Sang," meaning temporary symptoms that appear as a process of healing, particularly appears to people who have weak Ki or prolonged medical conditions. Here is our recommended usage as a guideline.
Take the herbal supplement twice per day, after breakfast and dinner, after 30 minutes after each meal. First, boil the water with sliced ginger, or put the ginger tea into boiling water. and mix the herbal powder with the boiled water, slowly stir it and drink the entire herbal powder. Currently, the way how it's packaged is two packs after a meal for an adult.

Ginger Tea: You can buy any ginger tea that is sold in the market place, but we recommend using the one that is pure ginger as much as possible. Naturally, dried ginger is the best for effectiveness. Make sure to mix SoPung AnJungSan with hot ginger tea (close to boiling point). If the taste of ginger is an issue, you can add some honey; if the taste of ginger is too strong, you can add more water and boil the water again. The following is just general guideline and does not require a strict follow-through, because the herbs are all-natural.
-For individuals, age 13-adults prepare 150ml ginger tea and mix two packs of "So Pung An Jung San."
-consume this mixture two times a day 30 minutes after a meal
-For children, ages 7-12 prepare 150ml ginger tea and mix one pack of "So Pung An Jung San" two times a day 30 minutes after a meal
-For children under seven years of age prepare 150ml ginger tea and mix 1/3 of adult amount of "So Pung An Jung San" two times a day 30 minutes after a meal
